What happens after I place my order?

When will my package arrive?
We offer two types of delivery – USPS (US Postal Service for USA customers) , DHL, FedEX. The usual waiting time for Airmail shipping is 2-3 days (package may be delivered earlier). The EMS Courier Delivery waiting period is 3 days.
I haven’t received a confirmation mail. Why?
There may be two reasons. You may have provided incorrect e-mail address during order procedure. Also confirmation email might have been blocked by spam filter. Your mailbox may be also overfilled.
My payment is declined. What is the reason?

May I change the type of shipping?

Will I have to sign for the package?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery and there’s nobody to sign instead, you will be left a notice to collect the package at your local post office. NB signatures are not require in all packages sent.

I have waited for the stated time period and haven’t received my package.
Courier shipping shouldn’t take more than 3 days within USA and Canada and over 5 days on international delivery. If you still haven’t received the package, please contact your post office, the package may be there. If there is still no package, please contact our shipping department.
